John J David

John David founded the InovaTech Group in 1999 after nearly 20 years of managing director and technical director experience in telecommunications and engineering development businesses.

John has started ventures in several industries in Australia and the United States, including road transport, radio and telecommunications hardware, software and service provision.

His ventures include Australnet, a Land Mobile Radio network operator which was sold to PPC Communications Ltd; Scorpion Systems a trunked radio communications hardware developer sold to a Texas based wireless equipment manufacturer; Link Systems, manufacturer of wireless communications systems sold to Pacific Telesis Group; and MobiLink, a developer of workforce automation and mobile office products supplying DEC and IBM.

He has lived and worked in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the U.S.A. His telecommunications expertise includes wireless packet data communications architecture, return path technology, trunked radio systems, modulated digital trunked systems, and voice and data networks.

John holds several engineering graduate level qualifications and a post graduate diploma in computer science. He is responsible for a number of trademarked inventions in technologies as diverse as gas turbines, office productivity, workforce automation and digital radio systems.

William R (Bill) Jago

William Jago has more than 20 years of experience in technology sales, marketing, channel management and project management roles in computer hardware, software, IP networking and services businesses in Australia and the United Kingdom, including EMC, UUNET Pipex, AT&T, NEC & Epson.

William holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and qualified as a solicitor before joining the computer industry. He also holds a post graduate diploma in Computer Science and an MBA from Kingston University.

Dr. Peter D Weldon

Peter Weldon has worked in Asia Pacific for more than 30 years.

Prior to its acquisition by ACNielsen, he was Group Managing Director of the Survey Research Group, the region's largest market research group. He then became Vice President of Global Marketing for ACNielsen with responsibility for the development of its 10 core businesses.

Previously he worked as an adviser in research and research training for The Ford Foundation in Indonesia and Thailand and lectured in sociology at the University of Singapore. He is based in Hong Kong and undertakes consultancy assignments in Asia, Africa and Latin America. He holds an undergraduate degree in political science, and a master's and doctorate degree in rural sociology.

David A. Sinden

David began his financial career with Arthur Andersen in the U.K. He has worked across Asia Pacific for nearly 20 years and is currently based in Hong Kong.

David has held senior posts in several multinational businesses including Financial Controller for ITT Sheraton in Asia and Europe, President of the Asia Pacific operations of NFO Worldwide, a large multi-national market research company, and senior finance, strategic planning, and general management positions with ACNielsen and the Survey Research Group.

He holds an honours degree in geography and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
